Inspirus Founder

Al Sullivan founded Inspirus Consulting in 2008. He works across the intersections of Leadership Development, Diversity, Coaching, and Organization Transformation. Since 1989 he has applied his experience and education in organizations such as NIKE, Dell Computer, GlaxoSmithKline, The City of Raleigh & Durham, UNC Rex Healthcare, and the United States Army to name a few. Al specializes in meeting leaders and organizations where they are and helping them to do their best work at all levels of system (i.e., individuals, teams, organization wide culture, and society). Some of his past corporate roles include Global Human Resources Leader, Manufacturing Manager, Thought Leading Consultant, and Army Officer (Combat Veteran and Airborne Ranger).

He earned an MS Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC and a BA from Alabama A&M University in Normal, AL. He also holds certifications in Human Resources, Coaching, Diversity, and Six Sigma Greenbelt. He enjoys live jazz performances, gardening, youth mentoring, scuba diving, and fishing.
