Organization Development (OD)

A Definition…
Organization Development is a system wide application of the Applied Behavioral Sciences. It’s used in the development, improvement, and reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures, and processes.

The work of OD outcomes is manifested in areas such as strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, team building, and work/life balance.

We incorporate relevant theory, models and experiential tools to facilitate collaboration and provide new insights. Ultimately our goal is to provide a presence to help illuminate what’s missing to achieve enhanced performance and strategic outcomes.
