HR Training and Development
We take a methodical approach to training and development. Our focus is to start with the question of why training might be needed (i.e. skill deficiency, potential benefit from new insights, developmental needs, etc). We then connect training objectives to strategic goals and measurable outcomes. We include experiential learning activities and opportunities for participant reflection / application. Appropriate follow up and coaching are also used to supplement and enhance the training process.
